See You!
I’m taking a break from Mental Health Revolution. And Plum Village. And civilization 🙂
Hi friend,
I’m leaving this morning for a solitary meditation retreat in the mountains 🏔️ without internet, so I won’t be posting anything here or answering emails for the next few months.
30-40% (I like to quantify stuff, sorry 😊) of the reason is that in the last few years I have lost faith in my community. Seeing my brothers and sisters collaborate in the nazitary crisis of cowardice19, despite me sounding the alarm on the various lies being spread and human rights being trampled, has been painful beyond words. It’s been more than three years, but to this day there has been,
no public apologies for shaming and censoring me when I said the 🦠 came from a military bio-lab,
no public apologies from the elder siblings who bullied younger siblings into receiving the experimental injection (although, to their credit, they stopped harassing them after I intervened),
no public apologies for refusing entry to our monasteries to the un“vaccinated”,
no public apologies for promoting the “95-100% effective” “magic cure” in various Dharma talks, and,
no curiosity about the global crisis of excess deaths following the rollout of the “95-100% effective” “magic cure” — which “crazy conspiracy theorists” like me have publicly predicted, because the whole purpose of the plandemic is to reduce and enslave the world’s population.
I recently asked my brothers how could I talk to them about these issues in a way that they would listen, but crickets.
A few unpleasant truths:
I’m disgusted, exhausted, and angry, and I need a break.
That was the painful, minor reason.
But the main reason, the other 60-70%, is that I look forward to enjoying silence and solitude. No more responsibilities, interactions, or electronics.
Just Mother Nature, me, and plenty of time to deepen my practice of the Daily Wellness Empowerment Program and Central Story Training.
I want to wake up with the sunrise. Practice sitting meditation. Enjoy Hindu squats and Hindu pushups. Eat simple food. Walk in nature. Reconnect with my inner hippie. Hug trees (of course). Enjoy total relaxation. Indulge in arms swinging. Feel the energy flow through my whole body. Sit down again. Meditate on my Central Story (”I am _____ and I need _____ to be happy”). Defuse from my Central Story. And flood my nervous system with ✨ bliss ✨ — fulfillment, freedom, and flow 😇
I became a monk to taste, deepen, and integrate this bliss. Not to become the bitter activist I’ve become in recent years.
I hope the solitude won’t be too difficult. Instead of Meaningful Human Connections, I’ll practice lovingkindness meditation. Maybe find a mountain goat to hang out with.
Please don’t feel sad for me. I expect the upcoming months to be the happiest of my life.
Thanks for reading. Not sorry for my beliefs. And please know that…
🙏💛
Thank you for being part of my life’s mission.
Everything I offer to this Mental Health Revolution is free and will remain free. I write all the articles, and only use AI to help me with the spelling, grammar, and word use. I welcome your concrete and specific suggestions for improvement.
The Nazi formula is, “You are all being threatened by [ABC] and if you refuse [XYZ] you are irresponsible and expose everyone else to danger.” Please recognize this message when you see it.
Take care of yourself. You deserve to be healthy, happy, and free — regardless of what parts of your subconscious may say. Taking care of yourself is a wise investment — when you feel better, you show up better and everyone benefits. There are simple, natural, and science-based practices that can make a real, positive difference in your mental health. There are ways to implement these practices that increase your chances of success. And you can learn about all of these.
1️⃣ The #1 thing you can learn from me is the Daily Wellness Empowerment Program (DWEP). Print a DWEP Sheet and get started.
2️⃣ The #2 thing you can learn from me is Central Story Training (CST).
The Four Zen Vows
Sentient Beings are numberless, I vow to save them.
Delusions are inexhaustible, I vow to end them.
Dharma gates are boundless, I vow to Master them.
The Buddha Way is unattainable, I vow to attain it.
It sounds like a really difficult situation, and that you need acceptance for making your own choices and standing for what you believe in

There's a book i read a couple of years ago called "The Third Side - Why We Fight and How We Can Stop". It gives different roles that a third party can play in helping resolve conflicts: https://thirdside.williamury.com/roles-overview/
Maybe you have some people in the community who can take on different roles for making peace?
