Thanks so much for sharing! I have been practicing this exercise for the past 15 months almost daily. I cant understate the impact on physical and mental health. I am calmer, more stable and have more energy to keep up with 3 young boys. Also, I had struggled with eczema breakouts for almost 9 years and it has completely cleared up gradually over time with the practice of Ping Shuai Gong.
