If you’ve been trying to anchor wellness practices in your busy life but are in dire need for an extra boost of accountability, kindness, and guidance, you might consider receiving online coaching in the Daily Wellness Empowerment Program.

The Daily Wellness Empowerment Program (DWEP) is my comprehensive wellness program for mental and physical health. All of its practices are:

This program is focused enough to give you real results — including reduced stress, better health, and greater mental clarity and resilience — yet flexible enough to adapt to your individual circumstances and needs, and I can’t wait to help you get started.
Coaching Sessions
I recommend 1.5-hour sessions, once a week, for 4-10 weeks. If you prefer a more personalized approach, choose individual coaching, or if you prefer a more social and financially accessible approach, bring one or several friends along for some couple or group coaching.
You will:
Check-In — at the beginning of each session, you will tell me which DWEP practices you managed to do this week, how you managed to do them, and how they impacted your wellbeing. This gentle accountability centered around positive reinforcement is scientifically proven to maximize your chances of success.
Learn — I’ll tailor my coaching to your needs and interests. I will guide some DWEP practices for you to experience, such as Sitting Meditation, the Hindu Squats and Hindu Pushups, or the Arms Swinging exercise. I will tell you about the scientific benefits of a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet and how to implement healthier eating habits. I will share tips on communication for more Meaningful Human Connections, how to practice Mindfulness in your daily life, and how to design your environment so it’s more supportive to your wellness. You will get to ask questions on topics that matter to you and hear my hopefully-satisfying answers 😉
Set Your Own Goals — this program is for you, and I will encourage you to set the DWEP practice goals that make most sense for you and set you up for real, long-term success.
Simply put, you will be empowered FOR LIFE with simple and effective wellness practices.
